Annex Unit
The Annex Unit is the fourth and last of our one room studio floor plans. As one of the affordable housing solutions at our Los Angeles complex, the Annex Unit uses the cost effective strategy of combining the sleeping and living spaces into one room. It also includes a closet, separate bathroom, and kitchenette. As with all of our units, the Annex Unit has new appliances, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and floorings due to the renovations and upgrades that were made recently.
